International scientific – practical conference „Judicial ethics and professionalism in the age of technologies and globalization”

The conference is organised by the Faculty of Law of Vytautas Magnus University and Kaunas Regional Court together with CEELI Institute in Prague and National Court Administration.

Two panels are held in the conference:

• Judicial ethics and professionalism in the administration of justice in the age of globalization (experience from EU countries and USA, international standards);
• Usage of technologies in the administration of justice (trends of development and challenges).

Presentations by scientists and practitioners from Lithuania and foreign countries (USA, Croatia, Georgia, Romania, Hungary, Bosnia and Herzegovina) will be provided in the panels.
Judges and representatives of other legal institutions will share their best practices, achievements and challenges that they are facing in their everyday work, areas of concern would be identified and possible solutions suggested.
