Vytautas Magnus University has signed 69 bilateral agreements with various institutions of higher education from 27 countries all over the world. Relying on the agreements, the following activities take place: student and staff exchange, trainings, seminars and conferences, joint projects and research. On the basis of bilateral agreements, VMU law students who complete the study programme successfully are awarded with the certificate issued by Michigan State University College of Law.
On the basis of bilateral cooperation agreements, Faculty of Law students have an opportunity to receive scholarships to study abroad one semester or one year under bilateral cooperation agreements between universities. The competition for scholarships for exchange programmes is announced twice a year (fall and spring semesters). More information is available at the International Relations Office or its web site.
